If you wish to return the order item, we do not accept returns in principle unless it is a defective item.
◆ Return Policy
Shipping fee at the time of return · handling fee will be paid by the customer.
In the following cases we can not accept returns / exchanges.
· Products past 7 days after delivery
· Used and cleaned items
· Product tag · Disconnect label, lost item
· Products with odor adhering, dirty, scratched by customers
· When the condition at the time of returning goods (accessories etc.) to our company was significantly different from the time of delivery
· Package opened items (Package is a part of the item)
· Products with descriptions such as "Sale items", "Not eligible for return" on the product page
About refund
After confirming the arrival of goods, we will refund the item price. Details of refund will be notified by e-mail after completing the procedure.
※ In the case of credit card transaction: We will refund it via credit card company.
Please understand beforehand that it may be refunded on the invoice date after the next month, once it is closed depending on the closing date.
About delivery days & shipping fee
In the case of air mail, the delivery period is estimated to be approximately 3 to 5 business days after the shop is shipped, but it depends on the region. Moreover, there are many areas where the customs clearance is closed on holidays, there is a difference in delivery days depending on the day of the week. Moreover, please be forewarned that there may be some delays due to customs clearance circumstances.
Shipping will be determined by weight.
The total weight of the weight of the goods plus the weight of packing materials such as corrugated cardboard is the weight of the package.
